TAKE PART - ZOMBIE BLITZ
Kill as many zombies as you can before time is up!
To play our Minecraft games you need the Minecraft Java version for PC or Mac. The Minecraft Bedrock version for mobile does not allow plugins like we created.
The goal is to survive as long as possible. Each wave of zombies are faster and harder to survive. The winner of these games is the player with the highest points of all players within a fundraising campaign.
You need to "Link" your WinWinLabs account to Minecraft, in the Accounts sections of your WinWinLabs Profile, and follow the instructions. It requires a valid email, because your link code will be sent there.
Once the linking process is completed, then you need to click the "Play Game | $0.00" blue button, and then it will show in your Minecraft menu in the Minecraft launcher after you connect to our server. /wwl is the Minecraft command to open the menu.
Terms and Conditions
Thank you. This page explains what your donation buys, what part of it is tax deductible, and where the money goes. It is part of the Terms of Use.
What a donation is here
WinWinLabs is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, IRS number 84-4720243, approved since March 2020. There are two different things people call a donation on this site, and they are treated differently:
- A pure gift. You give money and receive nothing in return. This is an ordinary charitable contribution.
- A donation that comes with something — credits, a campaign entry, a chance at a prize, a ticket, or a thank-you item of real value. In tax language this is a quid pro quo contribution: part gift, part purchase.
What is tax deductible
Only the part of your payment that exceeds the value of what you received is deductible. If you donate $100 and receive campaign entries worth $100, the deductible amount is nothing, even though the money went to a non-profit.
Where a payment over $75 comes with something in return, your receipt states the deductible amount in writing. That is what IRS Publication 1771 requires, and it is the number to use — not the amount charged.
- A pure gift is deductible in full, subject to your own circumstances.
- A donation that buys credits or campaign entries is deductible only to the extent it exceeds what you got. Your receipt and your transaction history show which of your payments we have treated as deductible.
- Winning a prize does not reduce anything. Prizes are income to you, not a refund of your donation. If your net winnings reach $600 in a tax year we issue a Form 1099.
- We do not give tax advice. What you can actually deduct depends on your situation. Talk to an accountant, and keep your receipts.
What happens to the money
Processor fees come off first. Card, bank and PayPal payments carry a fee — a percentage of the amount plus a fixed charge per transaction — and that is deducted by the processor before anything reaches us. Your receipt shows the amount charged and the amount credited, and the difference is that fee. Nobody on this platform receives 100% of a card payment, and we do not claim otherwise.
What remains is split according to the fundraising campaign you gave through. Every paid campaign publishes its split, and the share going to the named cause is never less than 10%. The rest covers the prize pool, the creator of the campaign, and running the platform. What a named beneficiary is promised, and when it reaches them, is in the Beneficiary Terms.
Campaigns, prizes and taking part responsibly
- You never have to take part. A donation is a donation whether or not you use the campaign entry it comes with.
- Our campaigns are decided by skill, and some of the games played inside them contain an element of chance, which is why paid entry is not permitted everywhere. The campaign tells you if it is restricted where you are.
- Spending money on this site is limited to people 18 and over, with the exceptions described in the Terms of Use.
- Give what you can afford to give away. A donation that buys a chance at a prize is still a donation, and you should expect to be giving the money rather than lending it.
Recurring donations
If you set up a recurring donation, we tell you the amount and the date before the first one, and you can stop it at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Stopping it takes effect before the next charge.
Refunds
Donations can be refunded in the 30 days after you make one, with the limits set out in the Refund Policy. Refunds return as WinWinLabs credits, which can be cashed out.
Your information
What we collect when you donate, and who receives it, is in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent donor lists. We name donors publicly only where you have chosen to be named.
Receipts and records
You receive an emailed receipt for every payment, and every one of them stays in your transaction history. A written acknowledgment for a single contribution of $250 or more is available on request, as is our IRS determination letter.
